Hello everyone,
I want to add Tip Option and it has to be nontaxable that means its after the Tax Calculated and before total?
its a pizza restaurant that do Delivery

Any help appreciated

Hi,

There is no options in HikaShop for the tips.

What can be done is to use the plugin "custom price", it allow to create a product with an amount set by the customer.
This product can be set without taxes, this way it is non taxable.
If you prefer have a custom field in the checkout, so it will require code edition of that plugin.

Please note that the "custom price" require an item custom field, a feature provide by HikaShop Business.

Well, I could repeat what the documentation says but it wouldn't help.
What did you not understand exactly ?
Did you create the custom item field ? Did you publish the donation plugin ?

I published the donation Plugin,
I went to display--> Custom Field, and create Tip Custom Field, but still i could not make it looks on the Check out!

The tip has been added to every single product, again i think my issue is the settings , and since I could not find anywhere on the forms except the front end example which is not helping because what i need either video or screenshots shows the steps and the settings for the Custom field

Hi,

I think that there is a misunderstanding here.
The donation system allows you to have one "donation" (or "tip") product where customers can enter the amount they want to pay for it on the product page and then add it to the cart, as on the demo website page Jerome gave.
You won't be able to have a field on the checkout in order to add a tip to the order with that method.
That would require the custom development of a plugin for that capability as far as I can see.
