Registration form error during checkout process

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.9

Hi,

I have a problem. When a user fill all fields of the registration form, all data related to address is not saved. And then in the second checkout step, there is no direction to choose. And if you create a new, neither is saved.

The checkout workflow is:
1.- Cart and Login
2.- Address and Payment
3.- Cart Status and Status
4.- End

The fields of registration form are from the Address table.

Hi,

Maybe there is problem in your database structure ?
Click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration and see if that helps.
If not, turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" of the Joomla configuration and try again. Do you get any error messages in that case ? If so, which ones ?

Thanks Nicolas, the Check database button fixs it all. Exists a problem with a form field and he address table from database.
