I had everything set up and working and was adjusting the store. I must have pushed something that isn't good for the hikashop as my checkout is now blank page. I have attached the error report with debug on

Try disabling/unpublishing the plugin "HikaShop tax calculations override plugin" via the Plugin Manager.
