Free Products Not Displaying Add to Cart Button

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.0

I am aware there are several topics about this but, I have tried all and cannot find any "Display Add to Cart for Free products" option in the display. I have add to cart button enabled in the config, also made sure its enabled in the menu, made sure catalog mode is off. I still am not having any luck
