Hi,

In the HikaShop backend -> System -> Configuration -> tab Checkout -> Login & Registration, is the option "Ask address on registration" set to "Yes"?

In -> Display -> Custom fields, are the "address" fields published to the frontend?

Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? PM me!

Hi,

You apparently removed the "login" view from your checkout workflow.
When you save your checkout workflow on your backend with the view address without the view "login", it should normally display you a message telling you that this is not possible.
Add back the "login" view to your checkout workflow and it should work fine.

Hi,

thank you, I can see adress fields now, but there is fields for registration too.
I would like just few simple fields (name, adress, email) - no registration or login.
Is it possible?
Thank you!

Yes, with the option "guest checkout" - available in the commercial HikaShop versions, Essential or Business.

That's great, but I couldn't afford it yet. Is there any other solution?

I reckon you mean "...to unregistered customers" (otherwise your question gets a completely different meaning).

Yes sure, by default the order created and order status notification emails are all sent to "guest" customers as well - that's why they do have to leave an email address... after all, it's the only way of communication "system -> customer".
