-- HikaShop version -- : starter
-- Joomla version -- : 3.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Terms & Coditions chosen does not work. the payment transaction, Terms & Coditions I agree I have read the agreement is link is clicked Terms & Coditions article can not be displayed. screen fades but the article does not come please help me

Hi,

Like in a lot of other threads which talk about this kind of issue ; you have a popup problem.
So please change the popup mode in your HikaShop configuration in order to use a popup which is compatible with your joomla template.
