500 Internal Server Error on Checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 40.0.2214.115 m
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 500 Internal Server Error

Hi there. I tried to find a solution, but I can't figure it out.

First I was using the User Registration Option and ran into the Error when a User tried to register. After that I tried to run the Checkout without registration. Now the Error comes up after clicking the final "Buy" (Kaufen) Button.

BTW: Standard Joomla Registration works fine.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Please open the PHP error log of your web server and search for the Fatal error message corresponding to the 500 error. That will help us understand what is going on.
You might need to ask your hosting company on how to get access to that PHP error log file on your server.
