Keep customer data when required field errors

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1

When a customer fills in a form on the checkout and does not complete a required field, the system pops up a message as it is supposed to, but then when the window is closed the form is 'reset' and all the data entered is cleared.

Is there any way to 'remember' the data entered on the form? so a customer can complete the form's missing fields?

Of which form exactly are you talking about ?
Would it be possible to have more details about your website or see the problem directly ?
