Show product options on separate line

One of my products has 3 options.
When those are passed to the cart (and ultimately to my administration notification email), the content is all in a single row...making it a little hard to read

Is it possible to change it from how it is currently listed to my suggestion? (see below)

That can be done through css properties, or by editing the view "checkout / cart".
