blank page after payment confirmation

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.40
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 37.0.2
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error message

Hi

I have tried Pay By Check and Pay by Purchase Order. In both cases, after customers have reached the confirmation page, the will not be redirected to the return url but they get a blank screen.
The blank screen's URL is: www.cskmanagement.com/index.php?option=c...t&lang=de&Itemid=693
(Item ID 693 would be the shop page)

any idea?

Hi,

Please prefer the HikaShop payment plugin "check" instead of the plugin "bycheck" from the common API.
We can't provide support for the common API plugins.
