Place general Conditions

After checkout and clicking on the Terms and conditions to read. The Article with these conditions is opend, but is only half visable. See scherm1.
In the browser with inspect element I found that the left margine is negative (-410 px) see red arrow. If I change that margine to a positive figure for instance +410 than the complete article is shown. (scherm3)
I tried to find the place were to change this, but I looked everywhere but were unable to trace this blue line.
Can you please help me.
