-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.themanpuzzle.com/
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message

I'm using the authorize.net plugin but configured to use the bluepay authorize.net emulator.

There are no fields to enter the credit card info, expiration date or cv code.

Hi,

Please read the "authorize.net" payment documentation and more specially, the part for the "API" setting.
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...-authorize-form.html

Sorry, the top of the instruction page says "BluePay also has such compatibility and thus you can use it with this payment plugin. You can read more about how to setup your BluePay merchant account with this plugin on this page."

Since I'm using BluePay, I clicked off on those instructions and skipped using the rest of the authorize.net instructions thinking the bluepay instructions would be all I would need.

For the record, neither the BluePay instructions nor your instructions mention setting the API to AIM (which is a requirement for BluePay).

Hi,

In HikaShop, we have one plugin for bluepaid:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...t-bluepaid-form.html

And we also have one plugin for Authorize.net:
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...-authorize-form.html

If you want to configure the plugin Authorize.net to work with bluepaid ; you can.
But if you want to follow the instructions of the bluepaid plugin documentation, you have to configure the "bluepaid" plugin and not the "authorize.net" one.

That's normal that we do not talk about the Authorize.net plugins settings in the bluepaid documentation because it's not the same plugin.
