How to: in legacy checkout, set checkbox "same as billing address" unchecked

Hello,

In legacy checkout, how can I set the checkbox "same as billing address" to unchecked as default? Since it is currently checked by default. I guess I need to change some things in the address view, however, I cannot figure out exactly what.
