Can we define a set of monetary options for the user in the Custom Fields section that the user selects and adds to the total invoice amount?
For example, we have a product that has the same price. After adding the product to the cart and paying for it in the second and third steps or so, it is part of it so that the user can select a Custom Service in which the amount will be added to the invoice.

There's actually no demo as everything is explained through the product page :

Go in the menu HikaShop > Plugins
Click on the New button
Select HikaShop - Custom Field price in the list
Configure your plugin instance:
Choose the custom field you want to add fee depending the value.
Select the currency of the prices you will add
Add prices depending the custom field value.
Use the "+" button to add new prices
Set a default price for all other (non empty) values
