Is it possible to have Finish button ahead of Continue shopping?

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.3
-- PHP version -- : 7.1

In the checkout page, the Finish button usually appears after clicking payment method.

However I am wondering if it is possible to keep displaying Finish button even that the payment method hasn't been selected and hide "Continue Shopping" button to ensure simple guest checkout process so that a user can checkout from filling address, select payment and click finish button?

I appreciate advice and suggestions.
