Access denied when I try to checkout as a guest or when I register

Hi,

When I try to checkout as a guest or after I register, I get an access denied error message.

Hi,

There is a problem with the URL of the form on your checkout.
Check if you have the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/checkout/show.php and if so, rename it in order to deactivate that override.
Also, check the settings under the "SEF" section of the Hikashop configuration, and especially the "Checkout SEF name" setting. And finally, also check the "Force menu on checkout" setting in the HikaShop configuration.
The issue must come from one of these.

Forcing the menu solved the problem.
Since I have multi language, I had to tweak it, seems to work.

I am running into another issue during the checkout:
https://xxxxxxxxxx/en/mon-panier-2/cart/showcart

There seems to be an issue with adding/removing quantities: The design is broken.
Which view should I check in this case to resolve this?

Hi,

I tried to look into the issue, but to access that page it requires to be logged in. So I registered, but I didn't get the activation email to activate the account. So I couldn't access that page.
Could you please provide a test user account so that we could check things up ?

I had an issue with the "Multiple part" which is now turned off and the registration works.
Please feel free to register but for this issue, you don't even need to, just go to the menu "My Cart/Mon Panier" and you will notice the issue with the quantities field.

Hi Nicolas,

Forcing a menu in Hikashop in a multilingual site seems challenging: It only works for the one menu language selected unless I am missing something.

Hi,

The issue with the quantity field on the cart view comes from CSS code in your template's /templates/gk_storefront/css/joomla.css file which adds padding to the input fields. If I deactivate the padding on the input fields, the input field displays properly :

Regarding the "force a menu on checkout" setting, you don't need to restrict it to one language.
If you have that menu item in a hidden menu, like "HikaShop default menus", then the menu item will only dictate the alias in the URL.
