Problem if user go back or press F5

Hello Nicolas,

We just create a quick ecommerce for a customer very easily, thanks to your software.

We noticed just a"bug" or "unwanted behavior"

If an user confirm the basket, then is redirect to the payment page :
then "I want to go BACK to change "payment method or to do something else and press BACK".
- The cart is empty and he can't come back to the payment page.
- In the user panel, he can see the order but cannot process to payment
So the order is lost and cannot be edited, cannot be payed,
AND the vendor is using "stock" the product cannot be purchase be someone else :/

Is there a way to remove the "created order without payment after X hours)". Is there a way to be able to update the cart change payment method after click on VALID

Hi,

1. If the cart is empty when you cancel the payment on the payment gateway, it means that you have the "Clean cart when order is" setting of the HikaShop configuration set to "created" instead of "confirmed" and thus the cart is cleaned just before the redirection to the payment gateway instead of clearing it when coming back from the payment gateway.

2. If you can't pay for an order from the orders listing of the frontend, it's either that you have the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" setting of the HikaShop configuration deactivated, or that the status of the order is not enabled under the "unpaid" column of the System>Order statuses menu.

3. If the stock of the product is removed when the customer is redirected to the payment gateway instead of when he is coming back from the payment gateway, it means that you have the "Update the product stock on confirmed status" setting deactivated in the HikaShop configuration.

4. If you want to cancel orders after a few hours to liberate the stock because the stock is reserved when the order is created, you want to:
- configure the cron task : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ashop-cron-task.html
- activate and configure the "Hikashop Orders Automatic Cancel Plugin" via the Joomla plugins manager.
