After register on checkout page, cart becomes empty

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.16
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.15
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 74.0 (64-bit)

At the checkout page, once I complete the registration, it will show "Your cart is empty" and we have to repeat the whole adding to cart process again. For the registration method on checkout, it doesn't matter it's "simplified with password" or just "simplified" or using Joomla registration, it's the same "Your cart is empty" will show after register during checkout.

This problem only happens if we tried to register at the checkout page. If you're already logged in before you checkout or you do guest checkout, this problem doesn't occur.

I've searched the forum for answers to this. Your side mentioned a lot of cache. I've tried all sort of caching workaround but still nothing fixes this. Any way to solve this?

Hi,

That's a bug that was added in the 4.2.3 because of a side effect of another fix we added. This issue has been fixed two days ago. Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and it will add the patch for that.
