Change Shipping Selection appearence

Is there a way to change shipping selection appearance to buttons instead of radio buttons?
Maybe customize the button layout?

Using some CSS code will probably do the job. Else you'll probably have to customize the code of the "Show_block_shipping" file of the "Checkout" view, of your front-end template via "Hikashop->Display->Views".
