Missing emails to customer

Dear support team,
after upgrade of Joomla 3.10.12 and Hickashop 5.0.0. to Joomla 5.3.1. and Hickshop to 6.0.0 we still get emails to administrator about orders done, but no emails to customer with information about payment, when the bank transfer used as a payment method. This makes purchases almost impossible cause bank data are shown only once upon ordering on the web page. And the confirmation mail to customer with bank data ist not coming. Maybe it is a known problem and we should change something in the settings?

Hi,

This is not a known problem.

First, check the Customers>Emails history. Do you see the missing emails there ?
If yes, then the emails are being sent by HikaShop and the problem is elsewhere (in the email server of the hosting sending the emails for example).
If no, then check the menu System>Emails. There, is the "order creation notification" email still enabled ?
Did you customize it ? If you click on the "preview" button and generate a preview of the email for an order, do you get the email generated properly ?
