Please can you assist, we are unable to configure the checkout to enable delivery address and adding a note. Can you advise where we could find this.

Hi,

The shipping address area will appear automatically unless you deactivated it purposefully, or your products don't need shipping.
For a product to require shipping, it needs to have a weight, or the "Force shipping for virtual / weightless items" setting needs to be turned on in the HikaShop configuration:

If you want to add a field for adding a note, you want to create a custom field of the table "order" and of the type "textarea" via the menu Display>Custom fields.

Thankyou for your assistance so far. We seem to be getting somewhere as in the delivery address now shows, however it is defaulting to our address and not giving the option to adjust for the customer. Please can you assist further.

Hi,

Please edit your shipping method via the System>Shipping methods menu. There, you have an option called "Override shipping address". It seems that you've activated it so that it displays the shop address instead of the normal interface for the customer to manage his shipping address.
This can be used when you want to offer a "pick up at the store" shipping method, but since that's not the case, you want to deactivate this setting.
