Hi team,
I like to offer a voucher with a fixed value (e.t. 10€) to named articels. So lets say we offer a mug for 29€ and I like to advice a 5€ discount on these mugs. But only for mugs - not for other products. How do I have to create this. I like the customer to provide the voucher code on the checkout page. Is this possible.

Hi,

Yes. You need to go to the Orders>Coupons menu of HikaShop. There, click on the "new" button to create a new coupon.
In the "code" setting you can enter the voucher code you want the user to enter during the checkout process.
The, you can enter a flat amount of 5€ and select the mugs category in the categories setting.
Make sure the coupon is published and save it.
It should then work like you want.
You can use the "help" button on the coupon edit form for more information on the settings.

Hi,

with a flat amount I can't do what I like to have. With a percentage it applies the voucher for every assigned product.

I'm sorry but I don't understand. Why is the flat amount not what you want ?
And yes, "With a percentage it applies the voucher for every assigned product.", which is why I recommended using the flat amount as I thought that's what you wanted.
So I don't see what you're trying to do.
Could you provide some examples of carts with what the discount amount should be ?

Hi,

I like to provide a voucher code in advertising about 10€ discount for the two specified products. If the customer selects two of them I like the voucher being applied twice. If the customer selects 10 of the products I like to apply the voucher ten times. And this did not work with a amount of 10€. I need to apply 3.861 % as shown to get it working as wanted.
