Hi,
I have a strange thing going on.
The Waitlist is setup and it worked for years correctly.
Now i see my visitors receive a wrong email.

The subject of the mail is: Product nu op voorraad (product in stock which is okay.)
But the email body is: Bestelling aangemaakt (this is from the order creation mail)

I checked the backend but there are no overrides in the Wait list notification.

Hi,

That's strange indeed. Can you provide a screenshot of the details of the email via the menu Customers>Emails history ?

Hi,

I don't see how you can get that result unless you copy/pasted the content of the HTML version of the order creation notification into the HTML version of the waitlist notification.
Please check that.
If you have customization on the waitlist notification email, try removing them (with the bin icons on the emails listing in System>Emails).
If that doesn't help, then please provide a backend access so that we can have a look at the situation.

Hi,

You've actually modified the "default" email template to contain the code from the HTML version of the order creation notification.
So all the emails of HikaShop using that "default" email template will contain the HTML and tags of the order creation notification. But since the data of the waitlist notification doesn't correspond to the tags of the order creation notification, you get that result with it.
Note that the email templates are like Joomla template for a joomla website. They go around the content of the email (they are supposed to add CSS code and some HTML around the HTML of the email HTML version.
The HTML of the email is represented by the tag {VAR:TPL_CONTENT} in the email template. Since that tag isn't there anymore the HTML version of the email is just not taken into account.
So I would highly recommend that you revert your changes to the email template and redo them properly by only changing the HTML you need to change and keeping the {VAR:TPL_CONTENT} tag in there.
