You right but with this access we are unable to access HikaShop configuration, we need a full access to go more far on your subject.

Hi,

Great. Thanks to that we were able to reproduce the issue you had on our end and devise a patch for your situation.
Download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will add the patch.
On my end the result is now correct with the same case:
