-- HikaShop version -- : 6.4.1
-- Joomla version -- : 5.4.6
-- PHP version -- : 8.3.31

Hello,
I have a filter with a drop-down menu for selecting colours, a text field for keywords, and a cursor for a price range.
When I select a colour or enter a keyword, or when I choose a price range and then delete it, the price slider no longer appears (see attached image)
I haven't found a setting to fix this problem – do you have any ideas?
Thank's

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. I was able to reproduce the issue and made a patch on our end.
Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours in order to get the patch.
It will then work properly, keeping the filter always visible, with only the delete button added when necessary.

Hi,
Thank you, but unfortunately it doesn’t work if “Force redirect” isn’t enabled in the module.
It’s even worse than the previous version because the price field is no longer displayed after applying the filter
Another minor issue is that the filter drop-down menu closes after a colour has been selected if the "Filter automatically" option is not enabled.
However, when this option is enabled, you can only select one colour, as the drop-down list disappears once a colour has been chosen and the filter applied

Hi,

I've looked into it on our end, and while we can't reproduce the new issue, I believe we made a correct patch for it. It is likely caused by another script on your pages, and our previous change let this error surface where before it was hidden by the fact that the cursor dynamic element wouldn't display after a refresh.
Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours in order to get the patch.
It should help with the Force redirect setting turned off.
