1064 error message on import

-- Joomla version -- : joomla 3.3.6


My old site uses Joomla 2.5.24 and Hikashop 2.3.4

I have exported my products/categories to a CSV file

My new site uses Joomla 3.3.6 and Hikashop 2.3.4

When I try to import the products from the CSV file using "File Charset UTF8" to my new Joomla 3 site I get this error message.

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 SQL=UPDATE jos_hikashop_category SET category_right = category_right + 2 WHERE category_right >=

and it only imports 10 % of all of my products, It creates all of the categories just fine.

Any advice ?

Hi,

Replace the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/category.php with the one in the archive enclosed and try again and that should prevent the error.
