I can't do this update:

HikaShop Essential - We did not find a licence attached to your website www.ncom.be/

Error:
Invalid extension update

Notice:
Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation.

Hi,

Please go in the "My Account > My subscription" page and associate your licence with your website url.
www.hikashop.com/my-account/your-subscriptions.html
Then you will be able to download the update package in your website.
