i changed "site name" but still hikashop order mails sending "my joomla" title

In Hikashop menu : System->Configuration, on tab Main in "Emails" section, there is option "From Name".

Hi,

HikaShop doesn't use the website name in emails it sends.
So that means that you must have customized the translations of the emails with translation overrides where you added the website name yourself and that would explain why it doesn't change when you change the website name in the Joomla configuration.
