no results for filter

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3

i am having trouble displaying results from a filter

i have a text filter in the left sidebar called locations (i have translated brands to locations)

i believe i have set everything correctly according to your documentation



- i have included jpgs of my filter setup, module set up and menu id

i simply cant get any results to show

i only have one product per location - but i cant get any to show

can you help please

Hi,

I am sorry but we will need more details about your configuration.
The filters are applied on a product listing ; it means that you need to have a product listing module or menu to see the products.
You have such module displayed under the category listing menu ; but you do not provide his configuration (which is available just below the category listing menu configuration page).

We also need some details about the products and more details about what you want to achieve.

thanks for your time
i have been able to work around this by simply publishing a hikashop content module for brands (translated to locations)
and use this rather than a filter

problem solved - thanks for your time

after updating to 2.6.3 the search filter is not working.

@Zafer:

Are there products directly in the category "Alle Reparaturen"? Just asking, because it looks like all products are in sub categories, and you've excluded those sub categories from the filter.
Try setting "Including sub categories" to "Yes", save, and try again?

Hi,

I think that the problem comes from the settings of your menu item with the id 529. Edit it via the Joomla menu manager, check that the settings are set to display all the products of your shop and save the settings.
Please provide a screenshot of the settings of that menu item if you still have the problem after checking the settings and saving them.

PS: Your subscription to the Business edition ended in December 2015 so you didn't get access to the latest version of the Business edition from your subscription on our website...
