Cart product name seeking "item for" what is the problem

Sorry but I don't really understand your needs..
X Items for is displayed when using the "mini cart" option of the cart module.

So if you want to change the translation, you can do a translation override:
www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html#tran

Or if you want to see all the products listed, please disable the mini cart option.

Else please give us more details
