In another message, you mentioned the order X4W79.
So first I went on your backend and checked that order:

You can see that the code of the product is KR-TC-TOOL9302-2_9599
So then, I went to search for the product code on your products listing:
take.ms/qG2HL
As it is a variant, I had to select "all" on the "products" dropdown.
So that way, you can see which product was ordered.
Then, I went on creating a similar order of that product:
take.ms/3ZRsZ
As you can see, it worked fine. So the product is not with the product itself.
I tried to confirm the order but didn't had the issue.
I've checked your mass actions, but couldn't find anything which could create that problem.
So there are two possibilities left:
- you don't have the problem anymore and something has been fixed before I looked at it.
- you still have the problem but it only happens in some cases that I'm not able to reproduce. In such case, it's likely that it is happening due to a hikashop or system plugin.
The ideal path would be to find a way to reproduce the issue and disable the plugins one by one in order to identify the problematic plugin and then debug it from there.
Without that, the next best thing is to disable the plugins that were added/activated around the time this issue started to occur and see if you still have the problem. If not, them it comes from one of them. Then, continue until you narrow it down to only one.
You said that it happened since you installed HikaMarket. So could you disable the HikaShop HikaMarket plugin and see if that helps. If yes, please come back to us and we'll look deeper into it. But I see that you also have AWO Coupons on your website. So it could also come from this one.
I actually looked deeper and I remember that we already fixed a similar issue 2 weeks ago where the bug was actually in AWOCoupon on your own website. You must be familiar with this. So that means that there is a high chance that the problem comes from there.
