go back arrow" in the left corner in google Chorme

When I am redirected to the Stripe payment form where I fill out my credit card information, some customers might want to go back to choose a different paymentsolution or edit their adress.

Then they click on the "go back arrow" in the left corner in google Chorme to go back, and the screen turns blank. They have to reload the page in order to make it work, and this makes them confused. Any solution to this ?

Most people still use the go back arrows in the browser.

Hi,

I guess you have the same behavior at any step of the checkout.
Basically, whenever you submitted a form on the previous page, the browser doesn't allow you to directly go back and makes sure that you revalidate the change like that.
Changing that is not simple. You can do that with custom javascript using HTML5 and advanced javascript:
