Checkout Issues

Below are the issues im facing.

1) when a customer enters their credit card information during the checkout, the card # is saved into the CC box. There is no way for them to change the card and enter a different number... If they make a mistake or want to use a different card, they can't...

2) The entire site loads hikashop VERY slowly. How can i make it faster?

3) During checkout, if a customer enters a credit card number, and the card is declined for some reason, hikashop gives an error message of "#: " or such.
It doesn't tell the user any thing..

4) I'm using the plugin "Hikashop Virtual Merchant (Elavon) Payment Plugin", I need this plugin to send 1 extra line of code

"ssl_transaction_currency = USD" or "ssl_transaction_currency = CAD"
depending on what currency hikashop is checking out with.

The reason for this is, on my hikashop I have 2 currencies. Canadian dollars which is for canadian customers only, and USD which is for USA customers and everyone else in the world.

The cart already displays what currency should be paid, but it needs to send this information to my credit card processor.

Please advise.

Can you post the reply here also. After using the HikaShop plugin for Virtual Merchant successfully for several months, within the past week, the plugin has stopped taking orders. I am getting this weird error:

Array ( [errorCode] => 5087 [errorName] => Transaction currency not allowed for this terminal [errorMessage] => Transaction currency is not allowed for this terminal. Your terminal must be setup with Multi currency

I am using USD in both areas in the plugin and within the configuration setup for HikaShop overall. So, I have not idea why this error is being thrown.

As it's said on the following error message, your issue seems to be coming from your currency, you should probably check your virtual merchant account configuration to see if you it's correctly configured.
