Characteristic not saved in productpage backend

Hi,

The Characteristic is not saved in our productpage backend. So for example we want the colour red or blue attacht to the product. we select it and the there is a button save under it. We press save but nothing hapends. Its like the button doesnt work. If we already have a characteristic at the product. Made before all those new updates. And we delete this then it does get deleted. The problem is really in adding new ones. Any idea how to fix this or were to look?

1. Can you give us the number of the current Hikashop version you currently have ?

2. Can you :
- Activate the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that you can see if it display an error message which will help you to understand from what your issue is coming.

thanks we found the "problem". when we selected a carastic we didnt select the main item. A new future in hikashop i think. When we do that it works perfect. Thanks as always for the quick help.
