Hi.

I am using the HikaShop iVeri payment plugin on this website. The South African Ned Bank who is using this payment gateway recently wrote an email:

Due to technical changes the existing websites backoffice.iveri.co.za and gateway.iveri.co.za will no
longer be accessible from 1 May 2016 as per the attached letter. Please contact your payment integrator or web developer to make the necessary updates to your systems and website for use of the new Nedbank websites: backoffice.nedsecure.co.za and portal.nedsecure.co.za .

Is there a way that you make a change to this plugin in order to redirect to the new payment sites?

This is possible, I'm contacted Iveri support for documentation to update the Iveri payment plugin, from your side, if you recieve or have access to more details, let's share informations!

I will give you some news about it here.

Hello,

Sorry for the late answer, the Iveri plugin payment was updated with HikaShop 2.6.2 and right you know you have just to update (if not already done) your HikaShop to 2.6.2.
And so, with the 1st May everything will be fine.

Hi Philip,

We tested the system with the new Hikashop and followed the instructions by the iVeri support service, but the gateway is not working.

As in underneath email I only have the option as in the attached picture





But in the attached pdf the iVeri service sent me the gateway for the website must be portal.nedsecure.co.za/

Please advise.

The system is not working at the moment.

Hello,

That's quite strange because we update the Iveri payment plugins from what Iveri support told me...

Please note the part that is changing is the domain name, that means you only need to change the redirect url as stated below and there is no documentation that is required to make the change.

Iveri Support :
OLD URL
backoffice.iveri.co.za/Lite/Transactions/New/EasyAuthorise.aspx

NEW URL
backoffice.nedsecure.co.za/Lite/Transact...w/EasyAuthorise.aspx


And then, you told me that the Gateway must be portal.nedsecure...
Can you sends us the Iveri pdf via our "Contact us" form with a Url link to this topic.

Other solution, more quick for you, is to replace "backoffice" by "portal" in your file :
YourWebsite/plugins/hikashoppayment/iveri/iveri.php

Around line 20 :
'backoffice.nedsecure.co.za' => 'backoffice.nedsecure.co.za',
'backoffice.host.nedsecure.com' => 'backoffice.host.nedsecure.com',

Hi Philip,

Sorry. We had another customer and this time it seems to be working. Sorry for the hassle, most probably the first customer who complained about the dysfunctionality didn't do it right. That's my suggestion at least. Please see the problem as solved until further notice.

Hi,

It seems the Iveri Plugin is not working anymore with the latest release of Hikashop. Could you please have a look into that!

Whenever I want to pay vie Iveri Gateway it throws the following error:
The transaction could not be processed due incorrect or missing information.

Hello,

I was able to reproduce your issue, and I noticed something, in your checkout workflow :
=> You have your Payment block before your Login block... In my mind, finished or validated an order without have a customer.

Plus, it seems more logical to login before pay, like this the customer will be more confident we think.
Does this can solve your issue, not sure and so can you add your payment plugin configuration screenshot.

Hi Phillip,

It worked before the other way round (first credit card and then login). In any case - I tried it now the with first login and then payment (please also check for me) and it is showing the same error.

Hello,

Did you contact your Nedbank payment support, so far and when I analyze your settings and your error message it seems that the error is a response from payment server, invalid merchant references ? Wrong redirection url (Payment Gateway), impossible to know more so far.
Contact Nedbank payment support, we hope this will bring more clue to solve your issue.
