Hi.
Hello.
I'll tell you something that is happening to me when I use the strips/badges to report a discount.
With the configuration, I can put the strip/badge to our liking on the article (product.png).
This same strip/badge is no longer shown in the top slide of our site (no-a`ppears.png)
Additionally, when you enter the page to view the items, the strip/badge is superimposed over the image (item.png)
Is there a setting that allows it to look the same in all cases?

Hi,

It probably has something to do with the settings of the badge. Could you provide a screenshot of its settings and the URL of both pages ?

Hi,

I'm not following you. You said that the problem was that the badge would not appear on the listing, but I do see the badge for the "Cajas para muffins" product on the listing page you provided. And I don't see any "top slide" on either pages. What am I missing ?

Also, regarding the positioning of the badge:
- If you set a vertical / horizontal position, you're shifting the image by the same number of pixels on both the listing and the product page. However, you configured your listing and your product page thumbnail size to be different. So the vertical / horizontal position doesn't have the same effect on both since the displacement will appear bigger if the image is smaller.
- You're not using the same image on the listing and the product page. On the listing, the image used has a big blank area at the top. That's why you think the badge doesn't go over the image when in fact it does, the same way as on the product page.

Hello Nicolas.
The badge does appear, but I have the following problem.
If I don't make a small badge, the badge covers the image of the models when you enter the url.
It also covers the image of the upper slides.
It was what was seen in the first .png files that I shared with you.
It is true that to see the slide of this specific product you have to enter another url in the category.
For example: www.hermanosgaliano.es/comprar/cajas-para-tartas-cuadradas
Currently it does appear because I have had to modify the bag to a much smaller size.

Hi,

Ok, but if you change things around so that I can't see the problem directly anymore, and the screenshots of the settings don't correspond to what you have on the pages when I look, then I can't conclude anything and I'm just getting confused. So I can't provide advice.

Also, the points I wrote about in my previous message are still valid. You should avoid using the positioning settings if the thumbnails are not the same size everywhere. Instead, you can create a badge image with transparent background and shift around the image in that background so that it matches with the shift you require if you need precise positioning.

Good morning.
Let's start from 0 to see if you can give me advice.
Let's put, for example, the badge that I put " www.hermanosgaliano.es/catalogo/rodales (ÚLTIMAS UNIDADES) " in some articles (rodales.png), which affects "Rodales opalina" and "Rodales plata".
If I enter the URL for Rodales plata (" www.hermanosgaliano.es/comprar/rodales-calados-plata "), it is seen that the badge covers part of the product image (rodales plata.png), and the thumbnail does not appear at the top, which are the articles of the same category (opalina_no_appears)
I'll also give you the badge configuration I have (config.png).
I hope you can understand what I mean.

Hi,

Ok. I think you can fix the positioning of the badge on the product page with a bit of CSS code like this:

#hikashop_product_image_main .hikashop_badge_div.hikashop_badge_topleft_div {
    top: -147px !important;
}
And for the badges not appearing on the top module, you want to check the settings of that module via the Joomla modules manager. There, under the HikaShop options tab, you have a display badges option which you want to activate.
