Import CSV limit

Hi,
out import CSV limit is stuck at 2M. Where is this set? I've increase it in cpanel for the php version but it isn't tagging across. We've got a ticket in with our service provided but I wanted to check here is there's a way withing Joomla/Hika to adjust the limit.

Hi,
this was eventually fixed by the service provider but, not long after, our csv uploads started to time out. It's large but worked without a hitch until recently. We sent you a support request but forgot to put our site in the subject for identification. I'll attached the test file here if I'm able to hide it from anyone else. Further we'll provide the site info and logon/pwd details in a private message once you say if you're willing to take a look.

p.s. we're asking this because the service providers took a look and say that it is the Joomla application which is at fault. I doubt this but they've put the ball back in our court. So we need to ask you for some help.
