Ship Station Plugin

Hi, I am using the shipstation plugin and I need to transfer the Royal Mail Safe Place field from my system to Ship Station. I have spoken to them and they say that I will need to speak to you about passing this to a custom field.

At the moment your tool passes the Weight to custom field 2, can we map my custom field that holds the Safe Place message to Ship Station Custom Field 1?

If this is not currently possible, is it possible to add and how much would it cost? Without this, it makes the integration from clunky because I have to go back in to Hikashop and go through all my orders and find if the customer chose this.
