Hi
I installed the Joomla 6.1 update.
Since then, emails have stopped sending. Instead, the error message “Error: 0 call to a member function gettype {} on null” appears.
Was kann ich tun?

Hi,

HikaShop 6.1.1 is not fully compatible with Joomla 6.1.
You'll have to update your HikaShop and it should then work again.

If you still have the issue after the update of HikaShop, it could come from an override or another plugin. So turn on the debug setting of the Joomla configuration and try again, it will display an error message with more information about where the problem is.

I've now updated to 6.4.1. The error is still there. You can see the relevant call stack in the attachment

Hi,

Great. That's actually a bug in Joomla 6.1 as far as I can see. I've made a patch on our end in order to circumvent it.
Download the install package of HikaShop 6.4.1 and install it again on your website and it will work.
