-- url of the page with the problem -- : suffolkrecordssociety.com/publications/g...willows_1327_to_1559
-- HikaShop version -- : 6.4.1
-- Joomla version -- : 6.1
-- PHP version -- : 8.4

Hi,

We have started to notice this over a few sites. Joomla 6 and latest hikashop has issues with the product page using Joomlart T4 framework.and SEF is turned on. Can something be done about this?

It is only when SEF is turned on and the joomlart template is used.

Any help would be appreciated as we use t$ a lot.

Many thanks

Hi,

I see a completely blank page on your link.
This indicates a fatal error is happening.
Activate the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again.
You should hopefully see an error message on the page which will help us tell you what to do.
It's likely due to PHP 8.4. If the template has old view overrides of HikaShop, it might have code which isn't made to work with PHP 8.4 and that we changed in our end but that your template's old view overrides are still using. The error message should make this clear once the debug is activated.

Hi, there are still no errors? I have tried removing overrides and it still happens in PHP 8.3? You should have the details sent via Contact if you want to take a look? This is currently happening on 3 sites.

Hi,

There is no error message on the page indeed.
And it works fine with the default template.

So 2 things:
- since it works fine when the template is not used, it's likely something linked to the template. Maybe you should check with their support, maybe they have a clue ?
- since no error message displays on the page even though there is clearly a problem, it means that the hosting is configured to not display error messages. You'll have to contact your hosting support so that they can either tell you how to get access to the PHP error log, or how to activate the display of errors.
Without the error message, it's difficult to say anything. It could come from anything.
