The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

on user action log hikashop, click on a cart number. After that click on cancel then you get :

Hi,

Can you try again after activating the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration page ?
That should hopefully provide more information on the error page.
If not, switch to the default template of Joomla on that page and try again with the debug setting turned on.
That should definitely provide more information on that page and that will allow us to tell you what to do.

Hi,

So what is the exact URL of the page with that error ?
To me, it looks like you're trying to display a listing of carts. Each cart is several MB of memory, and with only 128M of memory_limit configured in the php.ini of your hosting, it hits the limits after a bunch of carts are loaded.
Why the carts on your website are so big, I'm not sure though.

The simplest would probably to try to increase the memory limit to 256 or 512 and see if that helps.

Hi,

Was the error on that page or on the page after you click "cancel" ? If it was on the page after you click on cancel, it's quite normal. It's the listing of carts. The system has to load the full data of all the carts to be able to calculate the total, etc on that listing. That's quite heavy. If you have a lot of carts per page, it can lead to a lot of memory being used.
Anyways, that's not too much of a concern. It's not really a bug. Just something that requires a lot of resources due to its nature.
