Backend Layout Broken in Multiple HikaShop Sections

Hello,

I am experiencing a display issue affecting several areas of the HikaShop backend.

Earlier today, before noon, I updated some content and everything was working normally. Around noon, I logged out as usual. After lunch, I logged back in to continue working, but the backend display was suddenly broken.

I have not made any changes to the HikaShop code. The only thing I did was edit the content.

I have attached screenshots showing how the backend is currently displayed.

I have already tried all the troubleshooting methods I am familiar with, but none of them resolved the issue.

Hi,

It seems the upload of the screenshots didn't work.
That would have helped understand what's going on.
I can think of two likely culprits:
- you've changed the "backend CSS file" from "default" to "none" in the HikaShop configuration page. This basically means that you don't want HikaShop to output its CSS in the backend, and in doing so, most of the pages in the backend will look broken unless you add your own custom CSS to replace it.

So, make sure that setting is set to default.
- there is an error somewhere. Activate the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration page and look at the pages with the broken display. It should hopefully display an error message with more information on what's going on.
