Cannot turn off email order creation notifications

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.28
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.41
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 43.0.2357.134 m
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 404 - Category not found

i am receiving 404 - Category not found error messages when I try to unpublish the Order creation notification or Order administrator notification emails in System | Emails.

The rest of Hikashop seems to be working fine. I have the business edition and am using it in tandem with JEvents / RSVP Pro.

Hi,

Based on the debug data, I can see that HikaShop is not even called on that page.
That's really strange.
There are two methods to unpublish an email:
-using the toggle on the listing of emails
-editing the email by clicking on its name and turning off the published setting there and saving.
Please try both methods. One of them should definitely work (both work on our end so I'm assuming it either come from a security extension on your website or some security setting of your PHP/Apache blocking the parameters or something).

Thanks, the toggle method works. Opening the email and then even Cancelling causes the 404 error message. I will work with toggling at present given we are intending to shift to J3.4 soon. If it continues there I will try approaching my server host for their feedback.
