[solved] Acymailing and spam

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1

My confirmation emails are going to spam. if i purchase acymailing will my emails go to spam? i did the spam check and it didn't help. also im getting spam on other joomla componants aswell.

Hi,

AcyMailing is not sending HikaShop's emails. So spam checking a newsletter in AcyMailing won't help.
You need to test the emails of HikaShop with www.mail-tester.com/
That will tell you what can potentially be the problems with them and what to do.
