Order download links not working

Customers keep reporting errors when attempting to download their files for the newest product added to my site. I formatted the download links the same as I have previously and testing the download links separately from the hyperlink in the email sent out successfully. I've attached a screenshot of the message the customers are getting.

I may have inadvertently fixed it by disabling the Download Log plugin.

It was a plugin I got from here a few years ago. Well, closer to a decade ago…
