My Order status only created after payment.
can I update it to confirmed after payment?

It depends.
If you use the check or bank transfer plugins, you need to change the status yourself once you check with your bank that you received the payment.
If you're using a payment gateway like paypal, and that you configured it and your website/webserver properly, the orders will be confirmed automatically.
