Cannot update to new Paypal - option not available

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Your PayPal payment method is obsolete and will soon be discontinued by PayPal. Please go in the System>Payment methods menu, click on the 'new' button and select the 'HikaShop PayPal Checkout payment plugin' to configure the PayPal Checkout payment method which is now replacing it. Once done and the new PayPal Checkout payment method is available on your website, disable the old PayPal payment method and this error message will disappear.

we have tried to update to the new Paypal plug in, but the option is not available. When following the instructions, this merely opens up a text page as attached

Hi,

This indicates that you have a fatal error. Activate the "debug" setting of the joomla configuration page and try again. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you should see the error.
It's likely the issue you have is with the Platron plugin which was once included in HikaShop. Uninstall it, or update it from our github and it will work.

Can you please point me in the right direction as to where to find the debug setting for joomla. what is github please, there is no option for any further plugin for Paypal installed currently other than Paypal Express, and I don't think that is correct either.

If you can scrreenshot what I should be looking for please.
