Varying layout of product pages

Refer to these two example pages... tangyweb.com.au/index.php?option=com_hik...59&name=hat&Itemid=3 and also tangyweb.com.au/index.php?option=com_hik...7&name=bibs&Itemid=3

The layout is meant to have the product image on the left, and the price, add to cart, and description on the right, however some pages display correctly and some don't, it's very strange.

Please help. I have used UPS shipping method but it is not shown on check out page.
Error message : Error while sending XML to UPS. Error code: 111210. Message: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.

Please check and find any best solution.
