Page of issue
-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : nil

Hi, I building another Hikashop site and wanting to using {loadposition xx} to display common descriptions across categories and products but for some reason I cannot get them to display on the Category DIV.

I am guessing that it is because the Category DIV is a module and will not display another module within it.

In joomla, if you select 'Prepare Content' in the custom html module it normally over comes the issue - but it is not in this situation. See image.

The following shows the {loadposition curtis-series-7} but not the custom content

When drilling down to the category table, it correctly displays "Information for position 'curtis-series-7'" which is the custom content for this example:

As always, any guide on this greatly appreciated!

Hi Jerome,

Thank for your reply (I had seen that thread) but doesnt (as I see it) provide a solution to this situation.

The loadposition work on the page (as seen at the top of page "information for position 'curtis-instrumentation' " which is loaded from a custom html module.

The problem is the one that sits within the Category Div which is not rendering the module and just displays "{loadposition curtis-series-7}"

But it displays properly at the top of the page (above the Product Table) by displaying the contents of the custom html module " Information for position 'curtis-series-7' "

The link you included mentions the product page (everything on that page is displaying as expected.

It is just the Category Div that is not.

Hi,

Are you using the code:

$mypostion="{loadposition curtis-series-7}";
echo JHTML::_('content.prepare',$mypostion );
as explained by Nicolas in the other topic ?

Hi Xavier,

Thanks for your reply. I did try that but wasnt having much luck then I remember having a similar issue on another site; which I solved by using Module Anywhere (a Free plugin)

Solved the problem and makes a great addition to any Hikashop site.

Thanks again (Great support as always)
