Hi,

You can assign a module on the home page. The home page have a menu item like others.
But you have to create a position for that. After that it exists other possibilites to load manually a module (using loadposition). I let you search on the Joomla forum for more information about that (Otherwise it should have several here).

For the price, if you specify yours prices in euros, HikaShop will convert to the current user currency and display both prices (because the euro value is the reference price).
You can just configure your products with the price in the right currency and change the option "Show price in original currency" in the HikaShop backend (tab display). It's an option that you can override per module/menu.
